Ashnoor Kaur was born on 3 May 2004 in New Delhi and developed a love for acting from an early age. She completed her schooling at Ryan International School, where she actively participated in cultural activities and even won the title of Ryan Princess.

Alongside her passion for performance, she maintained an excellent academic record, scoring 93% in her Class 10 exams in 2019 and 94% in Class 12 in 2021. She later pursued her higher studies at Jai Hind College, skillfully balancing academics and acting.

To prioritize education, Ashnoor even took a three-year break from television, proudly celebrating her graduation before resuming her acting career.

Ashnoor began her acting career at the age of five with Jhansi Ki Rani (2009), where she portrayed Prachi. Soon after, she appeared in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya as Panna and gained widespread recognition as young Navika “Nanhi” Vyas Bhatnagar in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha.
